Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email, company, phone); listings, programs, saved searches, inquiries, proposals, redlines, and signatures you create on the exchange; and standard technical logs. Financial summaries submitted for underwriting are the figures you type — the exchange does not collect bank credentials or documents.

To run the exchange: matching, proposals, underwriting determinations, lease generation, notifications between deal parties, and fraud prevention. Your financial summary is shared only with the landlord on the specific deal you submitted it for, alongside ALEX's security determination. We do not sell personal information.

Listings you publish are public. Your name, company, and contact details are shared with the counterparty on a deal when you request a proposal, respond to one, or sign. The quick credit check on listing pages runs entirely in your browser and is never transmitted or stored.

Building inventory is assembled from the City of Los Angeles public Certificate of Occupancy record. Aerial imagery is served by Esri and its providers. Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap contributors. Requests for those tiles go to those services directly.

Deal records (proposals, redlines, signatures) are retained as the transaction's audit trail. You can request deletion of your account and non-transactional data at any time; executed-lease records are retained for the parties' benefit and as required by law.

California residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
